VIKTOR & ROLF will skip the Paris menswear fashion week schedule this season. The label has opted out of showing its latest men's collection in order to concentrate fully on its upcoming couture show.

It was announced in April that the Dutch design pair, Viktor Horsting and Ralf Snoeren, would make their return to the Paris haute couture schedule in July, following a 13-year absence.Little is yet known about the label's comeback - and it still remains to be seen as to whether they will choose a pared-back presentation or a full-scale catwalk spectacular.

The brand has been a regular fixture on the Paris men's schedule - which this year runs from June 26 to 30 - since 2007.Instead, the designers will unveil their spring 2014 menswear collection via showroom appointments from June 29 to July 7, reports WWD.
