???Katie Price??? and ???Victoria Beckham??? are two names rarely ever used in conjunction, never mind when talking about red carpet dressing.But the two were united last night as Price turned heads at the National Television Awards.

The 37-year-old former glamour model is better known for her outr?? red carpet outfits (she???s been known to dressup as a horse to promote her books), which made last night???s demure look all the more remarkable.There was no hint of cleavage or any lingerie on display as she arrived sporting a black A-line dress that hung off her slim frame as opposed to vacuum-packing it.

The designer behind this bold look turned out to be Victoria Beckham, though we doubt that the Spice Girl turned designer actually lent Price the dress to wear to the event staged at the 02.Selfridges is currently stocking the kick-hem satin dress from the Victoria, Victoria Beckham collection (the little sister label to Beckham???s eponymous main line), where it retails at ??730.

And her appreciation of Beckham???s style didn???t stop there.A trawl back through our archives reveals that she appeared to take inspiration from the designer???s hair back catalogue, specifically when Victoria posed for Emporio Armani with husband David in nothing but their underwear.

We???d happily bet that Price took a cutting of Victoria???s edgy bun circa 2009 and askedher hairstylist to replicate it.The only faux pas in her homage to VB was the lashings of fake tan, which Beckham has distanced herself from in recent years.

Years ago, the two personalities were reported to be embroiled in a bitter war of words, but Price buried the hatchet in 2014 and said on national radio of her former rival:???I think she has done amazingly, she always looks good.You can???t knock her, anyone who knocks her is jealous.???

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so we hope that Beckham is bowled-over this morning.
